Who should I contact for Admissions and Recruitment information?

First, if you are planning to apply to PIBS and need information about the application, interview weekends, and more, you should visit this webpage. If you still have more questions, you should get in touch with Reginald Beasley, Admissions and Diversity Coordinator

I have questions about rotations or finding a mentor - who should I talk to?

You can find basic information on PIBS rotations here. For issues with a rotation or finding a mentor, Michelle DiMondo, Coordinator for Academic Affairs and Trainee Success will be happy to help you. Send her an email or ask to set up a one-on-one meeting if needed. 

Who can help me solve issues with my payroll, building access, or benefits?

Michelle Melis is our in-house HR and student service representitive. Please email or call her to assist you with issues inlcuding but not limited to payroll, building access, and benefits. 

Where should I look for health and well-being resources available to me?

First, you should check out our health and wellness webpages. If you are not finding what you are looking for, or if you are not able to tell if you are able to take advantage of a certain resource at UM – contact Catherine Garber.
