An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 30, 2020

NOTICE: all yoga classes will be moved to a virtual format starting March 17 through April 30.

The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Health and Wellness Committee is pleased to offer FREE weekly yoga classes to OGPS-affiliated students, postdocs, faculty, and staff. Classes are taught by a certified instructor. Please bring water and a towel/mat. No registration is necessary.

Power Yoga – 5:30 – 6:30 pm every Tuesday

Flow and Restore Yoga – 5:30 – 6:30 pm every Thursday
