Isaac brings to this role a solid understanding of the needs and challenges of training grants as he previously supported training grants as a member of Health Information Technology and Services (HITS). He has an educational background in Chemistry and over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, where he led the definition of software solution designs based on business requirements. He also teaches chemistry part-time at Washtenaw Community College.
